Thea villas are conveniently located in a quiet area with villas and rental properties, only 5km away from Paroikia, the main port and the commercial area and 7km away from the airport. From the villas you can reach by foot (~5-7 min) the sandy beach of Aghia Irini. Palm Beach, Parasporos and Magaya are also close by.
Super Markets and Grocery stores are located on the main road from Paroikia to the Villas and a lot of them stay open until 11pm during summer months.
A Greek tavern exists at Palm Beach/former camping and serves all day food and drinks.

The port of Punta is 7 min away by car from where you can take the ferry to Antiparos while, the beach next to it is perfect for kite surfing during windy days.
Car rental is strongly recommended to reach the house and explore the island. Please be aware that the road for some meters is rough.
